Run your best life.

Every moment in life that we have is a gift. Every morning, whether we approach it begrudgingly, or whether we fight through the fog and choose to catch the last glimpse of sunrise and cherish it. These moments are just that, moments. They come and go.

What we choose to do with these moments is the most important decision of our time on this absolutely insane planet. We are the apex species on earth and what we do with that is up to us.

Eventually we will be a species who lives as a collective of beautiful minds working in synchrony to enhance each others experience. All genders and races will be equally cherished. All minds will be cared for. We aren’t there yet, but I believe without a doubt that we are headed there.

What we have right now is just that, now. We don’t have yesterday or tomorrow.

Who we have now is us. We don’t have historic people, though we can learn from them, and we don’t have those in the future with us yet. All we have is us.

I hope that you’ll join me in my discussion of my own adventure in the now. I hope you’ll see that I’m doing my best to be with this world in peace and aid.

I am a physical therapist, and I am a hopefull. I am a walker, and a runner. I am a healer, and a teacher. Join me. We can help eachother run our best lives.

Welcome to the future of running.
