This is just a hello.
I’ve been training for about a month a missing almost no workouts and it feels like my mind has finally come back to me.
Work has been a drag and honestly pushes me to exercise more than anything.
Exercise is like nothing else on earth. My senses finally feel re-awakened.
I’m going to be back into full scale training this year.
I’m 40, maybe I should just call it a mid-life crisis I don’t know. I’m training again and my motorcycle comes in April. Most definitely a mid-life crisis. Either way. This will be part of my Training Journal.
The next 4 weeks have been planned as prep weeks.
Hip flexibility/yoga/swim/bike/run/strength. All are Base training.
